KL App Labs – Account Deletion

Chaos Alarm users can permanently delete their account directly inside the app.
How to delete your account in the app
- 1Open the Chaos Alarm app on your phone.
- 2Sign in to your account if you are not already signed in.
- 3Go to the main Home screen.
- 4Scroll down to the bottom of the Home screen.
- 5Tap the section called “Settings & Legal” to open it.
- 6Inside Settings & Legal, tap “Delete Account”.
- 7Read the warning message explaining that account deletion is permanent.
- 8Tap the confirmation button to confirm that you want to delete your account.
- 9Once confirmed, your Chaos Alarm account and associated app data will be deleted or anonymised where applicable.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to use Chaos Alarm again after deletion, you may need to create a new account.
What information is deleted
Deleting your account removes or anonymises personal information and app data associated with your Chaos Alarm account, including account details, saved preferences, app settings and access linked to your profile, where applicable.
Information that may be retained
Some limited information may be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, financial record-keeping or third-party payment provider requirements.
